If you have any maintenance problems in your apartment, please submit a report below. Completing this form will send an email to the Community Office. Your email will be converted into a Service Request and will be handled during normal business hours. If you need to report an emergency, please call 205-499-8400 during normal working hours 8 am - 4 pm. If it is after normal working hours, call 205-759-5781.
Maintenance Emergencies
- Flooding/Broken Pipe
- Toilet/Sinks/Showers Overflowing
- Smell of gas
- Smoking or sparks
- Anything threatening your safety
- Doors that will not unlock - (a $15.00 fee may apply)
If there is a life threatening emergency, fire, or crime, please call 911.
